Gen5 I need an urgent answer by 9.00AM CET

A 3S-GTE on a 90' all-trac is exhausting mild-blue smoke when idle for a longer while, but while in motion it doesn't happen, only when idle. As far as I know it's caused by either valve rubbers, valve rings or the turbo is leaking oil. The smoke is NOT very dense and distingushing, and it seems that it's a very slight malfunction. Another thing, owner claims that the car has got 108000 miles on it, could that be true considering the malfunction, or the car has been taken mileage off it. And finally, if it's a turbo leakage, could I push the turbo up to 15-16 psi, and expect the turbo not to shatter into pieces.

This is, like, very urgent, I need an answer by 9.00 AM CET tomorrow (26.08.2006.) otherwise this post is entirely pointless. The more replies, the marrier, everyone's opinion is welcome. Thanks, thanks, thanks.......

It is the turbo starting to go.
Not valve stem seals or hg.

Due to only being at idle....

A little late, but oh well....
