I'm just wondering if you guys think its worth it? I think the only problem with it is that the timing belt broke. If you think it would be worth my time and money, I will get it.....I'm really hoping its just the timing belt

actually, now that I read into the forums a bit more, these cars have a distributor if I'm not mistaken. So since it has spark, the timing belt must be good. So is there anything that you people can think of that might be a quick fix that I could goto his house, get it running, and drive it home?

Gen5

This car looks like a good car to buy. I believe that it is a simple fix. The worse case senario would be to replace the engine which is $400 on ebay. This car looks like it'll clean up nice. Probably timing is off still. I don't think you could go wrong buying this car. 1992 was a good year, as I do have one myself. My car has 231,000 miles on her.

The Grill on the front end is alone worth $100.00.
If you buy this car We could make it our Celica forum Project car. Help anytime!
