4th Generation st162 sleepy lights

does anyone no how no how i can make my lights go sleepy (half way up)

Dunno if it works the same on gen4's, but on my 5thg, I can stop them partially down by perfectly timing the turning off and then back on of the headlights.....you turn them full on immediately after turning them full off, as the motor starts to retract them and it'll stop down a little bit...do that a couple times in a row 'til they're as low as you want. Took me about 20 minutes to figure the "timing" of it, but it works pretty consistently, now. As long as you don't turn the switch to full off (the "first off" position/lights up position) after lowering, the lights'll stay there, and can be turned on and off at the chosen sleepiness. Turn it to full off and lights return to normal operation, easy as that I kind of like the look now and again, and I even like better not spending $$$ on a switch/controller/whatever. Hope that helps

Yes, its easy. Pop the hood and next to each light are cylinder things. Each should have a cap on them, take the cap off, and twist them until you get the desired level of "sleepieness" for each light.
