Would it be hard 2 install bymyself and what is the cheapest price on it, i found one for 70dollars any cheaper ones u guys kno of?

www.1sttoyotaparts.com would be cheapest new part. You might also check salvage part if you just need a functional part that is not binding. Not difficult to install. I recently bought a complete set of parts for cruise control for a 93 Celi GT manaul transmission. I believe I took all the cables and will check to see if I still have them. I did have both cable from pedal to cruise control vacuum actuator and cable from actuator to throttle body. PM me if interested in used part and I will check for you.$10 plus shipping if I've got it.
