rough idle and leaky water pump

hi.......i am new to the forum......currently my girlfriend got a 90 STX with 4afe in it.....the last owner told me there were couple problems with the car........

first was the tranny fluid goes into the radiator and milky the coolant........after i took
down the radiator i found the tranny cooler was gone in the radiator.......that was the reason the coolant is red milky........so i replaced the radiator and flush the system....now it is not leaking anymore....

second problem is the the fans doesn't work right.....even with operating temps.....the cooling fan was working sluggish.......so i by-passed the fan and it is working no matter the temperature........the engine temp is good now...

third problem is the car has low compresson cylinder....the second cylinder is low on compresson test......it creates an rough idle and incomplete combustion......after i looked on it roughly.....it can be eigher the valves are bent or the head is worn....

the fourth problem is the waterpump is leaking when the engine is off....it is leaking pretty bad down through the alternator belt........i have to put in coolant every time i want to drive it....or the motor will just overheat on me......and there is always an rust color in the coolant no matter how many time i flush it...

please give me some advice or suggestion to the problems..........it is a nice car and sounds pretty good when i put heavy on gas.......

this is the first time i work with toyota engines........hope i can learn from you guys...appreciate any help!

sounds like that poor car needs an engine. Sorry but low compression, leaks, all the classic symptoms of being worn out.
