programming auto shift on tranny

My girl freind has a 2001 Celica GT. I cant stand the way it shifts when in Drive. I want to program it to shift like it has a shift kit. Is there any way to do this? I know if you buy an aftermarket chip for it you can. Preatty sure any ways. Also is there any certin way to tun it to get more power? She has an AEM intake and Magnaflow catback.

you'll just have to do some home work read through the companys web sites. I have used hypertech and it had the features for my truck but read there site to make sure it does it for your car.

Hey thanks,
I will check it out. I know there are some places like OGreaddy that make chips that are Piggy Back systems and that is what I am eventually going to put on my XB. I just dont whant to have to deall with that on her car. I would like some thing alittle more easy to use. Plug and flip a couple of switches type of thing. hehehe I will check them out and repost and let every one know what I found.
Thanks,
Ryan
