USA need horsepower!!!

hey im fairly new to the forum world but ive got a 86 celica gt , i was wondering what the best way to get horsepower gain w/o breakin the bank any help would be greatly appeciated

its a 2 selc ... not much you can do i dont think but ive seen a 3sfe for sale for 490 on ebay (includes shipping) it looks alright i guess where in ok. do you live? im in enid. ive looked everywhere for turbos and superchargers ... havent found anything lol well ttyl

how much would it cost for engine and all the components? do you know about the 3sfe is it any good ? and would i have to convert it to all wheel drive if you bought it, or could you just not hook up the rear driveshaft? and what about motor mounts?
