I need to know how to boost up a 91 toyota celica gt with a 16 valve 2.2 ltr engine and
front wheel drive to 400 hp. What must I do to get that horse power? What must i buy and how much money do I need. Thanks alot.

buy a 3sgte. the 5sfe will be very hard to boost up to 400hp, the 3sgte can easy get close to that much power. not sure how much it'll cost but including labor, engine work and turbo upgrades the total can run close to $10k.

What is a buy a 3sgte. is that a type of celica or a part.

3sgte is an engine that is normally found in the celica alltrac or the mr2 turbo. the 5sfe is the engine you have. search the form, all the info you need can be found through out the forms.
