just couple easy ones guys

1. how do i take off the hubcaps? the ones on Hondas are secured using the lug nuts, but tht's not the case for the ones on the celica.... do i just pull it off to get acess to the lug nuts?

2. I'll be doing a motor oil change...where's the oil filter and drain plug at? i'm guessing the oil filter is the one on the passanger side, just below the head and alternator? and what weight oil do i use? thanx

1. give those hub cabs a yank! LOL

2. what year is the celica? if it's a 2.0 or 2.2 from 80's-90's the filter will be right on the front of the block. the drain plug is on the bottom of the oil pan(12mm maybe 14mm can't remember). i'd go with a 10w30 motor oil!

man, no wonder the hubcaps are cracked.... ppl keep yanking them lol

i have a 92 GT auto....2.2L 5sfe.... i saw the filter, but was skeptical cos it's so obvious and easily accesible... i work on Hondas, and the oil filters are on the back of the block at a weird angle

btw, the filter screws in and out like a normal screw rite? i mean clockwise to tighten, and anti-clockwise to loosen

just did the oil change just now at 9 pm :p

everything was easy, except the oil filter... it was all metal, and didn't have the rubber grip thingy on the top....tht $hit was sooo stuck, i drove to a nearby autozone to buy an oil filter remover..the guy told me to save my money and should instead poke a screwdriver thru the filter and use the screwdriver to turn it... went back, did tht, voila!

i used castrol GTX 5w30 oil
