engine runs but wont go into gear

Hello

I have a 78 Celica with a 20R engine that i cant get into gear push pedal in nothing happens acts like clutch is gone or no fluid but it has fluid and clutch is 2 yrs old
had big flood here almost two yrs ago water was up to top of fenders maybe three feet deep? most of day and am thinking clutch and flywheel are rusted together even though i started and ran it month later? now i want to drive it for the heck of it and it wont move
please help me on this

can you put it in gear without the engine running?? If not your trans maybe bad from all the water.if you can jack up the dr side and have a friend look at the slave cylinder on the trans as you push the pedal to see if it is moving the fork to engage the clutch. If not you problem lies in the mastercylinder to slave cyinder lines if you replace the slave replace the master as well as the lines that you can get.
