Body Work Or No?

Hey guys a few days ago i saw a celica that was up for sale for only 500$ kmechanic is awsome but he tells me that his floor needs a job and also that the front strut bar no longer holds the floor :S i was wondering if this kinda work is possible to be done or should i jsut not buy it! i already have my own celica and i know how to weld but i mean after lookin under his car his frame seems in great condition altho the floor is critical! so i am wondering if i should just go ahead and buy a floor pan for 400$ and weld it in or should i just not buy the car it being useless? let me know if the job can be done thats all i need funds are no problem as long as it dont come back to the price of a good celica! thanks in advance

Best to keep your hands off that one. Get the car for $300 and then you can't lose. I'm not sure what the problem is as you explained it but any suspension problems that need to be welded sounds like a bad situation. Your judgement is best.
There's my two cents.
