My backup light is not working I want to check the switch as soon as possible. Thanks

Don’t confuse it with the speed sensor (if you have one). On the automatic, look on the side of the transmission where the gear shift arm attaches to the rod coming out of the transmission. Follow the shifter cable to this switch. This is also the same as the neutral switch.
