Wiring Question

I just completed changing the water pump & timing belt on my 1990 Celica, 1.6 (engine is a 4A-FE). I disconnected all wires in the harness that includes the Alternator connections - this is the harness that attaches on top of the upper timing belt cover.

There are two additional wires in this harness - one goes to the AC compressor but I do not remember where the other wire goes. I thought it also went to the compressor but could not locate any connection for it. I searched hi & low for a terminal within reach of this wire but could not find one.

Hopefully, someone can help this senile old man.....

I'm not familar with the '90 model but on older Celicas the air con compressor has a single black wire with a white stripe.
The second wire might go to the air con pressure sensor.

Best bet is buy a Haynes/Chilton manual and look at the included wiring diagram.
Your library might have it too.

it goes to a sensor on the engine block right above the a/c compressor.
