01 celica hesitation prob

hey ih ave a 01 celica GTS
it has a comso racing intake on it
and it has a bog at low rpm all the time it doenst matter what % of throttle your on .,
MIL is on
p0172 p0171 p0130 p0133

all these codes relates to the primary o2
would this be my problem ?dont want to change it unless for sure it is this ..
any feed back ??

First thing to do is clear the codes and put your stock airbox in and see if they come back.
