Will any parts off an 88 Celica GT fit an 88 Corolla wagon?

I tried asking this question in the Corolla forum but got no replies so I'll try it here. My stepfather has an old rotting 88 Celica GT sitting in the back yard that he just wants hauled off to a junkyard soon. Motor runs good but it puffing blue smoke (stuck rings from sitting me thinks), some interior pieces like the seats and maybe a few other things and that's really all that's good on it anymore. The body is quite extensively rusted and the suspension is shot. Brake lines are blown too. Would anything off this Celica fit my 88 Corolla wagon? I think the alternator in the Celica is only a few years old, and the gastank (which my wagon needs) is good. Anything else fit? He wants it gone soon so before it goes I want to grab anything off it that'll work on my wagon then it's off to the junkyard with the Celica.

How about the factory front strut brace? Would that fit my Corolla?

probably not, completly different chassis. if you really want to get parts off of it, just do it and then sell them on ebay.
