Well I know that if you were going faster than 40mph then downshift into 1st that'll cause engine problems. I don't really know what you mean though

I think it depends on how you treat it.

They hold together pretty well.

What are you thinking? Turbo?

I dont think you will reach 400+ reliqable hp with only 7g's.

If you want to go turbo I heard that the gt is your best option because turbos are not meant to rev high and it will be hard to tune around the lift.

I would personally buy a stock gt and with the money get a turbo kit, exhaust/intake, rims and nice tires (good ones), rear brake disc swap, and then suspension work.

7g's can drop a small block V8 into that car and do a RWD conversion.

^^

smoking too much weed, no way u can get the engine and drop it in and do a rwd conversion for that much. RWD conversion itself might cost u 10 Gs.

says who???? find a shitty chevy 1500 and take the engine and tranny and then do a shaft chop then find the axel from a supra or a caddy and there you go... the dash might need to be cut out a bit and car raised but it'll fit.
