Australia buying parts in australia

i might be moving to australia soon and i was wondering how hard is it to come across parts (performance upgrades) for celicas (in general, i havent bought one yet but that is my car of choice maybe mid 90s tho?). ive been scouring the internet and it seems uncommon to even find replacement parts like bumpers n stuff. the american and even canadian websites seem to make it so easy to find all sorts of parts even turbos and rare little things. some of them ship internationally but i bet that would cost a lot and they dont really give details on that so i was wondering if anyone could fill me in. it just seems australia is dead in terms of car tuning and cars in general lol. thanks

Oops, hit the wrong key and posted early.
Anyway, do that search and you will find heaps of shosp importing engines and front cuts from Japan.
These are often seriously worked (only the best engines are shipped to Australia, the stockers are melted down) and even the JDM stockers are better than the anti smog engines in American Celicas.
These shops also often bring in new accessories from the Japanese aftermarket like Greddy, TRD, etc.

The Australian car scene is well and truly alive.
