Your true speed will be higher (ie your speedometer will read lower than the true speed) and you will probably get a few speeding tickets because of this.

The lower suspension arm will sit at a differnt angle, so you should get the camber reset to stop uneven tyre wear.

The thicker tyre will give sloppier steering but it will have a softer ride (think of the extra rubber as being made from foam as oppsoed to taller rims made from metal which is why taller rims and low profile rubber is better for less flexing).

Acceleration will be lower, top speed will be higher, highway fuel economy will be better.

Not 100% sure if it will fit under the guards but I'd be suprised if it didn't.

Overall, not recomended unless you do lots of highway cruising (changing diff ratio is better) or rallying.

No. 205/70/15 won't work. Your tires will rub the wheel wells when you turn. 205/60/15 is even pushing it, but I've had that on my 95 Celica when I bought. No rubbing issues, but I believe anything more will rub. 205/60 is ok, but no higher.
