Question Is this a good deal?

I havnt posted here in awhile. QUick question i want to buy myself a project car for Christmas. Ive always wanted a Mk3 supra and found a rolling Chassis for 500.

However The though of an Alltrac Celica is appealing to me. $650 with rims, gauges new Kuhmos. Again rolling Chassis.

My question is $650 for a rolling Chassis Alltrac a good deal?

The value of a car is determined solely by whatever you are willing to pay for it

Why is it rolling chassis only? Blown engine? Tranny good? Diff?
If engine is the only problem, its a great price. I'll take it if its a 5th gen.
