Dont waste your money on headers, buy a nice set of cams from www.webcamshafts.com or look around for some other cams, the 5sfe on stock cams will have a hard time outflowing the stock manifold.

What does "hard welded to your stock cams" mean? Do they need you to send them your cams out of the car?

They weld metal onto the stock cams, its a lot cheaper for them to do that then to manufacture blank cams and machine the lobes onto them. I dont think they need a core but they may ask you to send your factory cams back.

No, but there are a few people using hard welded cams for the v6s, and theres at lest one turbo Celica 4afte using them. I believe a lot more 3sgte people use rewelds but I dont know if they are welds or whole new cams. Wont matter though, the welds wont have any problems since its just a mild increase, heck it doesnt even say you need springs and a shim-under bucket design.
