THUMP WAM! Nasty sounds front left of GTS Celica! HELP!

Ok, guys, I have a 1991 Toyota Celica GT-S. The front struts are worn as well as the rear but i have NEVER had any problems with them. BUT

Recently there was a THU THU THU THU sound, like something is thrown off balance and is slaming against something, when i turn to the left it doesnt do it, but when i try to maintain speed it does. It is DEF. Coming from the front left side of the vehicle. I replaced the strut bucshings, and the pin that holds the calipar on.

Im going to replace the front left wheel bearing also.

It doesnt click off the line, only when im trying to maintain a speed of 30#. The breaks squeak a little bit, and there is a very loud thump thump thump again DEF coming from the front left of the car. What could this be, Could thsi be the bearing calapsing throwing off alignment!

CV joint? inspect the boot, if it is broken replace it...
