BBS wheels from a v dub on my celica

I have a chance to get some BBS wheels from a friend he has a 95 vr6 jetta and the
bolt pattern is the same. we have yet to try them on my car but im not sure how they will
look. it will give me one thing that i want which is 15 tires. has any one every seen them on a celica or that style of wheel
they were the stock rim on these VW's

I've never seen BBS on a celica. The celica has an odd offset compared to Subaru and V dub.
Would look tight though. If the rims are close, but don't quite fit. I can sell you some wheel spacers. Post pics when you get a chance

Which Celica (year and model) do you have?
I have 15" Soarer rims on my '77 Celica liftback.

Ah, my expertise is in the older RWD cars.
I can't say much about the FWD cars.

well i tried on the bbs wheels today and they looked pretty good with 205 50 15's but i will
definatly need a drop. There is alot of space under the fenders. also he is getting a set of 15 inch 5 spoke GTI rims that he says i can try when he gets them. might look sportier i suppose. he should be emailing me the pics of my car in a couple days i might put them up

I've been eyeing some BBS mesh wheels for my '86 also, was it a direct fit? No metalwork involved? Did you drive the car or check the steering from lock to lock?

Canada

They fit very well and didnt have any trouble when turning, there was plenty of room
between them and the strut too. they had 205/50/15 rubber on them which is like .3 of an inch lower than the stock 185/65/14, right now im running 195/70/14 winter tires on cavalier steelies and they are 1.5 inches over stock and they only barely rub when turning to full lock and hitting a bump at the same time

They should have been off a 94 Jetta. I've seen many Jetta around with those alloys. Offset is at +35 which makes the wheels stick out a little more that usual.

Eh, those are only the Wolfsburg edition BBS's. If you can try to find a set of BBS RCs off a 20th Anniversary GTi, 337 GTi, or a 04.5+ Jetta GLi
