01 GT - Possible Purchase?

The car is Super clean and adult owned since new. Ran a Carfax on it and it came back good. It appears to have been well maintained and the seller has good maintenace records. Its Auto Tranns, moon roof, power windows and locks with less then 25K miles. Silver in color.

Is there any know problems/issues with this year and model?

Thanks for knowledgeable replys.

Yep...I know Sticks are more fun but the vehicle I'am looking at is for the Wifey. She wants a Auto Tanns and doesn't want to shift gears in city traffic.

So...back to my original question: Any know problems/issues with this year and listed options?

Thanks for any insight Folks.

If possible, try to find a '03+ Celica since the interior is black and looks way better in my opinion. Also, these models come with glass sunroof unlike the '00-'02 plexiglass that will eventually fade and peel over time.
