Yes, RA22 struts fit your RA21.
RA20/21/22 and TA22 suspension parts are all interchangeable.
Beware that in non American countries the '75 model is what an American woudl call the 76 model.
In Australia, Europe, Japan, Asia, Africa the '75 model (what an American woudl call a '76 model) has different length front suspension to the ealrier models.

Many people have successuflly used front struts from a Corolla AE86.

Not sure what you mean by "strut mount".
Do you mean the bearing at teh top of the strut where it bolts to the fender?
Or the horizontal lower arm at the bottom of the strut about a foot long?
Or the large cast steering knuckle at the bottom which holds the ball joint and tie rod ends?

Sorry to harp on about this but saying a 75 Celica to an America means an RA22 but to the rest of the world (Europe, Australia, Asia, Japan) it means something simialr to an RA24 (ie what an American calls a 76 Celica).

I can guareentee that the part is the same for the American 74 (RA21) and 75 (RA22) models, which is also the same as the International TA22 models (Dec 1970 to Aug 1975).
I'm only moderately sure that the particular part you want is the same for the RA21 and the RA24 - I will check for you overnight.
