Keep the Celica a daily driver and buy something else, wrong wheel drive sucks. If you just want some quick power spray it, nothing you do short of 6k will make that thing a fast car

3sgte is a beast with minor mods... upgrade the turbo and intercooler, keep everything stock, and u'll hit roughly 300 hp...all tht for abt $2500 for parts (including upgraded turbo and ic).... best of all, the 5sfe tranny bolts up to it, so no need for a new tranny... tht's my next motor if my 5sfe gets fried

300 bhp maybe, and you'll have to wait for it. Plenty of one wheel burnouts to look forward to with that 5sfe transmission.

Go with the 3sgte. You won't regret it.

Oh, and also. I will be more than happy to take your 5sfe block off your hands too.
