yea, im kind of new to the tuner world, but gaining knowledge quickly. and i want to know if you can convert the pop up lights to standard lights....i mean ive seen it down on video game,s but is it possible, and if so....how much work is required...i drive the 4th gen celica gts with the 3sge engine...not that it has any relevence to the lights...wiring isnt a problem, i live with electricians...thanks...any help is appreciated

just get a different car and swap the motor if the lights are that important...
hmm maybe you can cut out a piece of the grill that connects to the side lights, and make that your main light and just dont flip the lights up. Thats the cheapest way i think thats possible.

i like the lights though =]

I've seen it done. Some look okay, some look like crap. Use your imagination and measure out the void that will exist after you pull out the headlight assemblies then go to the local auto parts store and find a lamp that will fill the void nicely and then you can figure out what to do afterward. Mounting brackets and such. Self explainatory. Does this help?

i know MR2s and RX-7s have those kind of conversion lights.... not seen it on a celica tho... besides, i like the flippy old skool lights
