3S-GE diagnostic codes 21 and 51

i'm getting 21 and 51. it's a gen4 celica with a 3S-GE. according to the following website: http://www.toyotacelicaonline.com/error.htm it says the following:

21: 2, then 1 Oxygen Sensor Signal

51: 5, then 1 Switch condition signal

it does state, however, that those codes are for gen6 celicas.

is anyone able to confirm that the codes are the same for gen4 cars? also, what is a "Switch condition signal"???

TIA

Code 21 is 02 signal. Open circuit in 02 sensor circuit, bad 02 sensor or bad ECU.

Code 51 is signal switch. Problem with A/C switch, TPS circuit, TPS, neutral switch or ECU.
