First and foremost, lubricate your locking mechanisim. Close your hood and see if it's aligned right with the body, sometimes a sudden open or close move shifts the hood. Did you try dropping the hood for a little height so you can get some force onto it?

I hate to say this but I would open it and check if there is a broken spring. No spring = no pressure = opening while driving.

Are you sure there is nothing in the way of the hood! Maybe it's hitting something that is keeping it from closing!!!

no no it locks when i get someone to hold the switch and i sit on the hood and tell them to release the switch the hood would close but i need to perform this couple of times to actually get the hood to close.. and i checked i have no idea what is wrong wit it still.. and i dont know how to adjust the height of the lock thingy either... so i am pretty much clue less .... but i try lift the hood open when it was close.. seem to be save enough to drive with it ... so i dont know maybe take it in the machanic to check it out sometime soon

Ya might wana check the hood for the rubber stops.. they are generally able to screw higher or lower to help your hood open or close... Might have something ontop of them causing the hood not to be able to close all the way.. just an idea.
