Gen5 92 5S-FE Radiator Replacement

So my radiator has a long crack long the top edge and has enough rust so to warrant replacement instead of repair.

2 questions?

1. Can I put a larger radiator in from say a Camry, or even a better after market rad?
2. What would be a good source?

I have search this forum - and didnt find too much in regards to both questions. I did see a lot of replacement rad on parts websites - but there are very few details provided. And as you can see from Q1 I would like to improve the cooling system since I am already gonna drop a few hundred into a new rad.

Thanks!

Might check the Camry section, the same question came up (the car uses the same engine).

Same engine, totally different chassis.
Don't bother.

A GTS or Alltrac radiator is thicker, so it would be a slight upgrade.
However, if you have an auto, the Alltrac rad won't work, as they didn't come in auto.

if its auto just bypass the radiators tranny cooler altogether and put a large cooler on it by itself. Works just fine, my Camry has been like that for quite a while.
