5SFE to 5SGE, as simple as a few head bolts???

Is it a difficult swap to install a 3SGE head on a 5SFE? It sounds like it SHOULD be simple but this is not always the case. My main thoughts were about the shape of the pistons... are the "valve clearances" in the same place, and the compression ratio. Any thoughts?

I know it would never be nearly as good as a 3SGTE or a BEAMS 3SGE, but if it was cheap and easy and it might make some kind of difference than it might not be a bad thing.
