5th gen steering issue plz help

91 celica gt with 5sfe. ok here goes my car has always since i had it 1 and 1/2 years acted like it dont wanna go when im turning right and only when turning right i can gun it str8 or turning left and itll go full blast until 2 or 3 weeks ago i always thought it was my pass side cv axle thhat was in extremely bad shape but now its got the new axle and its doin it anyway i dont understand what steering part or parts could cause this. if i had to describe it, it almost feels like a tranny slip if it was doin it while i was going straight but there isnt anything wrong with the tranny so best description is a slip or like the wheel is sticking or somethin.

sorry bout the bad grammar been at work 16 hours if anyone has an idea or has seen someone else answer this already any help is greatly appreciated.
