rim off set

what offset rim should i get if i would want the rims to stick out more on a 93 celica gts. I think the stock offset is 35 so should i go to 33 or to 38 for the rim to stick out more

33 would stick out more. The closer you get to 0 the more the wheel sticks out.
its actually +33 and on older RWD drive cars and trucks they often had negative offset wheels like -10 for example
