4age=crap for power
3sgte=crap for power at first, full exhaust + turbo upgrade and tune will net you some decent power.
check out a 1mz-fe v6 manual swap, has as much horsepower and a jdm 3sgte, and a much better torque curve.
3vz-fe is another great v6 if you want to boost it, it can handle more power than a 3sgte or 1mz-fe stock, and spools a turbo very quickly. 300+whp easily possible with a knowledgeable tuner and a good piggyback.
