jumping or bouncing

When I punch the gas or suddenly let off the accellerator the 5-speed manual Celica seems to jump or bounce a couple of times. It is most noticable in 2nd gear but I really don't think the gear has anything to do with it. I am thinking that it is in the suspension since the clutch is pretty new.
has anybody had this happen to them?

check your motor and transmission mounts. did the dude who put your clutch in put all the parts and bolts on it.........i know i know, but i have had cars in my shop with transmission bolts that just pull out. a clutch is a more difficult task and people do things like that because of fatigue or thier a second rate shop that rushs big projects. give her a good one over dude, thats what iwould do before making another hypothesis.
