Electrical Problem

Hello I'm a noob when it comes to toyotas, and i just recently bought a 94 celica sl, my problem is electrical, without even inserting the key into inginition, i can basically turn my windshild wipers on and my car will crank up or if it's on first gear, it will go forward without even the KEY on Ignition.!! there's also no sign of electicity going thought my power windows, sun roof, dash screen, i can't see my rpm or speed meters, no radio I been workin on it for a couple days but i can't seen to find anything wrong , i checked my battery, the tiny little fuses I hope someone in here can help me and or has ever gone throught something similar to this ghost ride Thanks in advance for any input

On most cars the ignition switch controls more then one circuit. The ignition switch could be bad allowing power to go to some circuits when in the off position. To get an idea of what the wiring circuit could look like go to the link below, download the wiring diagram for a Gen_3 Camry and go to page 49.

You local library may also have some kind of manual with a wiring diagram.
