ok im in the process of 2 projects one being swapping my old 5sfe to a 3sgte and the other is swapping the automatic tranny to a stick.

The main question i have is what i need for clutch parts? I think i may have the answer but i wana make sure. Do i need the 3s flywheel and pressure plate and the 5s clutch disk?

I have been looking into the swap too, and I would suggest that you just get rid of the tranny you have and go for a e153 with LSD from a 93 or higher mr2. The tranns can handle the power if you do more to the motor and you can just go out and by a whole clutcha and know it fits. Also the LSD will help from torque steer.
