91 celica problems

i just got a 91 celica gt 2200 (auto) and for some reason the tail lights, gauge light, when started cruise light flashes, and the shifter wont go into drive unless use the shift override button! checked ALL the fuses since dont know which is which and all seem to be good... any ideas?

im guessing its the brake light switch is there a fuse for this? if so where pictures would be nice!

What lights flash when started? Stop and CC system cancel system on same fuse (driver's side kick panel), Tail light fuse in engine compartment. If O/D light blinking may be a sign the system has a problem and a code has been stored.

Check the brake light switch under the dash next to the brake pedal arm for proper operation.

the cruise control light flashes and then stops after a few seconds....i have got a new stop light switch and that didnt help....is there a ground or sersors around the relay box on the passenger side....why i ask because i replace a oil pump and had to move some things

well i got the cruise problem fix but ....i forgot some thing the gauge lights do not work either....

what doesnt work....
Tailights
Gauge lights (when i turn on healights)
shiftlock (wont let me shift into drive with out the shiftlock override button)

What i have looked at:
Corner lights Work
Its not the brake light switch
all Fuses are good

So im guess its a wiring problem....any suggestions?
