Messy Wires 1989 celica gts

after my car got stolen, i noticed there was a bunch of wires under the dashboard on the passenger side. heres a picture.
Under the Dashboard on the passenger side on the floor.

On the left wall on the passenger side.

its a blue wire(bottom) taped to a green wire(top)

Can you guys tell me what all this is just from the picture? I hate wires...
