4th Generation ECU upgrade "chip"???

Pardon my ignorance, but does this actually work without potential engine problems and has/does anyone use one? Sounds a bit sketchy to me, but I know nothing really.

All parts are included with easy to follow step by step instructions with pictures.

"This do-it-yourself kit takes no knowledge of cars and is so easy to install.

This is a resistor that simply plugs into your IAT (Intake Air Temperature)

sensor and modifies your air/fuel mixture ratio and changes your timing slightly

to run stronger and more efficiently. No tools are needed"

This means not to buy it .....Your welcome..
