celica 5afe ecu upgrade

hi,i'm new here can somebody help me i have a 96 celica gt i've been looking to put a diffrent ecu since the one that comes with it is weak and i put a venom module an intake and cathback exhaust but i don't see a diffrence they told me is the ecu is there some thing i can do

Who are "they"?
They're trying to get your money.
The only aftermarket ECU is fully programmable one like emanage or PowerFC. Megasquit and SDS is DIY one.

What you've changed is so minimal, you won't feel anything.

i have a E-manage but the problem is that i dont know who would isntalled it i've gone to two diffrent performance shops and none of the would do it do you know how much will it cost to installed it
