I wouldn't put that Supra engine (5M-GE ?) into a Celica.
The Supra has a longer front chassis to make room for the longer engine.
The same engine in the Celica is going to touch the radiator.
And the weight of the engine will be too far forward over the front axles, which will give very bad handling.

If you're still determined, you have 2 choices.

1.
Relocate the gearbox backwards and possibly make a recess in the firewall so that the front of the engine sits in a reasonable place.
Not sure if the sump will clear the crossmember.
This will give nice handling but will take a lot of custom fabrication.

2.
Rrelocate the radiator in front of the radiator support panel, put an electric fan in front of the radiator and live with crap handling every time you go around a corner.

You have the two engines in front of you (unless you don't have the Supra engine). Look at the mount placements and you should have your answer.
