Canada Valve Adjustment

1984 Toyota Celica 22 R-E intake valve setting and exaust valve setting.
Also, Head bolt torq settings.

Not sure about the tq specs. but you can try a search in the truck section as they use the 22R as well.

Adjust valves with a cold engine, such in the morning. When you change the cylinder heads, Torque is always done twice. The first is done to set the right pounds and the second is done a few days later after you drove the car arouund to see if no major changes in pounds have occured.
