most go s/c - greddy makes a kit I think.

But boost is not a very popular option with the 2zz guys since it's such a high compression engine. usually people would rather boost a gt or do internal work and drop compression before boosting a 2zz

You can do both. Check out newcelica.org and monkeywrenchracing.com

There are both S/C and booosted options available.
Blitz, Greddy, and Trial all have S/C for the 2zz
C/2 and Hass have turbo kits along with a few others.

Most people go the S/C route and then upgrade the engine internals( via parts from monkey wrench)

Trial also has made a 3zz Celica.

Last option is a custom Rotrex S/C for it.
