Turbo Engine Monitoring Display

I’m thinking of getting an engine management system in the car to monitor everything . . . What’s the most popular and easiest to program? Motec, DFI, Haltech, Apex, Greddy, HKS or Apex system . . . and should I use their own display or get a Stack Display?

An EMS is not just for displaying/monitoring.
It replaces your engine control unit.

Well, Essentially here are the features that I would like to monitor:

Turbo Boost
Exhaust Temperature
Oil Temperature
Oil Pressure
Air to fuel Ratio.

If I can purchase a good EMS that can do all this at once, I'll be happy.

You don't use EMS to monitor all that.
It is not its main job to monitor those vital signs of your engine.

You are talking about a set of sensors and gauges.
There is a Defi-Link display/control Unit that can display multiple data (i.e. speed, oil temperature, water temperature, oil pressure, fuel pressure, and exhaust temperature, etc...)
