torque converter?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone here has a torque converter on their cars and if so how much of an improvment was it?

A lightly modded 5s-fe will probably be on par with a 5 speed 5s-fe with a good torque converter upgrade. The real advantage is when you go turbo, that makes a difference!
