i have a 94 celica gt with a complete body make over from body kit to carbon fiber hood and falcon tires rims and bride seats.... but now that i have all that complete do i rebuild my engine or swap for a 2005 gt-s celica engine and dump trd parts into it???

cant decide help out!!!

my budget is 4000 and the new engine is 1500 but parts for the stock engine are more expensive cause they are hard to find cause of the demand is kind of low...

Go for the swap if you know how or know somebody that knows how to do it. Have fun with lift if you get it!!!

Why do you want a 2000+ GT-S engine? What are your goals?

If you are having a shop do the swap chances are you can't afford the engine swap. It won't be a direct drop in or require minimal fabrication. You would have to worry about custom mounts, the wiring etc. And how much TRD parts do you think are avaliable for the 2zz? Don't just list a brand without doing some research.

In the PM you've said the "dealer" gave you a price quote of everything included for $4500 which I think is a good deal if true. But still $500 over your budget.
