my budget is 4000 and the new engine is 1500 but parts for the stock engine are more expensive cause they are hard to find cause of the demand is kind of low...

Why do you want a 2000+ GT-S engine? What are your goals?

If you are having a shop do the swap chances are you can't afford the engine swap. It won't be a direct drop in or require minimal fabrication. You would have to worry about custom mounts, the wiring etc. And how much TRD parts do you think are avaliable for the 2zz? Don't just list a brand without doing some research.

Hey thanks for the PM but I think you should have addressed the information that you have provided for me into this thread since it would help you and not me. You said that your budget was $4000:

In the PM you've said the "dealer" gave you a price quote of everything included for $4500 which I think is a good deal if true. But still $500 over your budget. As for the TRD parts can you list what TRD has to offer for the 2zz engine besides the basic bolt ons since I am such a noob. My insight on TRD is that they are concerned on warranty/durability/reliability of their parts. Congrats on your A-1 sponsorship, I did not know that ebay stores sponsor cars . Excuse the skeptism, you can never tell who is frontin over the internet and not (usually the ones not making these types of posts but good luck and keep us updated). Oh and thanks for calling me a kid, makes me feel young again. This 40 year old gramps is getting old. Oh what the heck, heres the post you've sent me.
