Headlamps on a 00 Celica

I just got an 00 Celica and the headlamp is full of water and stuff. Does anyone have a procedure for taking this thing apart? Is it even possible? It is easy enough to get it out of the car, however, I can't figure out if it can be dismantled. Thanks.

I believe you have to heat it up to take it apart.

Bake it in the oven and pry it open. Clean the mess up and make sure you reseal it well.
