Canada Horsepower increase on 5sfe from porting?

hey, will porting and polishing increast my horsepower?
i currently have a 5sfe engine, in a 1991 non alltrac, non trubo celica,

yes, but your main roadblock is the cams. THe port and polish would really help if you had new cams to go with it. The whole 5s head sucks for power
