interested in a GTS

a friend has a 89 celicaGTS sitting on his driveway. he's wondering how much to sell it for. sorry i dont have much info on it. any ideas?

Depends a lot on the body and mechanical shape. In good shape they're not expensive but a POS will be much, much less expensive.

go to yahoo and type in Kelley's Blue book, you should get a listing for used car price values. Type in the options it has, the km, tranny, etc, then it spits out a price. Take that number and multiply it by whatever the exchange rate is, I belive its about 1.38 or so, and it will give you an estimate of the value in Canadian dollars.

Unless you can get your hands on a black or red book pricing guide.

89's are worth anywhere between 1750-3000. My 88 gt-s is worth about 2000 i think, but the body is rusted out, so probably less(a lot less)
