This header is incredible. The first 2ZZ header with dyno proven incredible gains. It has never been done before.

Shit. I wish I could jump right at it. Unfortunately, I have to wait for a bit to figure a few personal things out.

$470 is an awesome price for a race header like that. My Greddy cost only $50 less and gives much less gains than the header, for crying out loud.

I have a few questions (since I am definitely a prospective buyer of the header as it is my next mod):

- How much louder is it than a 2ZZ-GE with intake/exhaust?

- Have you prototyped the Corolla XRS with the header already?

- Does it create any check engine light for the Corolla XRS air injection or you created support for it? Will the race header be a straight bolt-on my setup of Injen and Greddy SP2 or some modifications will be required?

- Any dynos on Corolla XRS version of 2ZZ-GE yet? (I see the dyno is of a 02/05 7800 rpm Celica GTS. I really want to see how the header does between 7800 and 8400 rpm, which is important in order land over 6000 rpm in next shift).

Any input is much appreciated.

Not any louder.

Not tested on XRS, but we will be testing fitment soon -- same engine as a GT-S, so no reason why it should perform worse.

So far the plan is to use block off tabs, but there may be a way to incorporate the air injection. With block off tabs and the stock ECU it may cause a CEL, but it won't hampre performance one bit.

I'm going to comply with the moderator and start moving things around

That's a great price for a race header that makes gains. I would be in if I wasn't sinking all my money into the alltrac at the moment.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I am very excited about this header and looking forward to having it as my next mod in the next few months when I have things figured out.

It is great to see 2ZZ guys taking the initiative and getting custom built mods at an a great price for this awesome motor.

Also, a 1ZZ header will be designed and tested by next month. That's what I'm waiting for.
